| 摘 要： | 目的 观察护理干预在急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者治疗中的作用.方法 选择137例ACS患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组在对照组的基础上加以护理干预.结果 试验组在平均住院日、心血管事件发生率方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.随访观察1年,试验组心血管事件发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 护理干预在ACS治疗中具有重要地位. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention in patients with acute coronary artery disease. Methods 137 patients with ACS were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, on routine therapy and care, the experimental group were given nursing intervention. Results Compared to the con- trol group, the average hospitalization days, incidence of cardiovascular events of experimental group were signifi- cantly lower, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention has an impor- tant position in the treatment of ACS. |
