| 摘 要： | 目的 研究肝癌患者的癌因性疲乏与社会支持的关系 ,以改善肝癌患者的生活质量。方法 对 5 0例肝癌患者进行癌症疲乏量表与社会支持量表调查 ,以分析其相关关系。结果 肝癌患者普遍存在不同程度的疲乏症状 ,其与社会支持度呈负相关 (r =0 4 2 9,P <0 0 5 )。结论 肝癌患者癌因性疲乏与社会支持呈负相关 ,给予患者更多的情感和社会支持 ,有助于改善他们的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective The goal of this study is to analyse the correlation between cancer related fatigue and social support in liver cancer patients,so as to improve their living quality. Methods The cancer fatigue scale and social support revalued scale were used to investigate the relations between fatigue and social support in 50 liver cancer patients. Results All liver cancer patients had different degree fatigue symptom.There was negative correlation between fatigue and social support (r=0.429,P<0.05). Conclusion The correlation between fatigue and social support is negative in liver cancer patients.So it should improve their living quality by giving them more emotion and social support. |
