| 摘 要： | 目的为深入研究8-辛基小檗碱盐的抗菌活性,对小檗碱和8-辛基小檗碱盐进行了实验研究。方法采用抑菌圈实验法,在2000ug/mL药液浓度下对常见的10种微生物进行了药物敏感性试验,并通过比浊法对敏感菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)进行了检测。结果8-辛基小檗碱盐的抗菌活性很好,从稀释梯度来看其抗菌活性比小檗碱高64～128倍。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to deeply research on antimicrobial abilities of 8-octylberberine,the experiments of the berberine and 8-octylberberine have been conducted. Method Using the bacteriostasis circle cut-and-try method,a test of the two kinds of medicine's sensitivity to the common ten kinds of microorganisms under the 2000ug/mL liquor strength has been carried.
