子宫肌瘤患者雌、孕激素水平在月经周期中的变化

目的:研究子宫肌瘤患者血清雌、孕激素水平在月经周期中的变化,探讨子宫肌瘤的生长与血清雌、孕激素水平的相关性。方法:对我院因子宫肌瘤而行子宫全切或次切的48例患者进行研究分析,年龄34~55岁,所有病例均经手术后病理证实为子宫肌瘤,近3个月未用过任何激素类药物,用化学发光免疫组化方法检测血清雌、孕激素水平。同时选取38例月经规则、子宫及附件正常的妇女测定血清雌二醇及孕酮含量作为对照组,年龄36~47岁。结果:子宫肌瘤组与正常对照组血清雌二醇、孕激素水平在月经周期不同时期无显著差异。结论:子宫肌瘤不仅仅是在外周雌、孕激素作用下发生的,在子宫肌瘤的发生、发展过程中可能存在其它更重要的因素,尚需进一步探讨。

Changes of serum estrogen and progesterone levels in the menstrual cycle in hysteromyoma patients

Objective:To investigate the change of serum estrogen and progesterone levels in hysteromyoma patients in two different phases: in the follicular phase and in the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle.Methods:With electrochemiluminescence immunocytoassay,estrogen and progesterone in the serum of 48 cases hysteromyoma patients and 38 cases normal controls.Results:The serum estrogen and progesterone levels did not differ significantly between normal and hysteromyoma patients.Conclusion:According to our results,tissue pathology does not appear to be associated with defects in the serum estrogen and progesterone levels,but with other important factors.
