| 摘 要： | 目的建立葛黄活血胶囊的质量控制标准。方法建立黄芪、秦艽的薄层色谱鉴别方法和葛根素含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。结果定性方法能检出黄芪和秦艽，且阴性对照无干扰；葛根素在0.02079-0.6652mg／mL之间呈良好的线性关系，r=1.0000，平均加样回收率为100.1％，RSD=0.92％。结论该法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好，适用于葛黄活血胶囊的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality control standards of Gehuang Huoxue Capsules. Methods TLC methods for identification of Radix Astragali and Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae were established. A simple HPLC method was established for the determination of Puerarin. Results The spots on TLC plates were clear without interference in the blank reference. The liner range of Puerarin was 0.02079-0.6652 mg/mL, r = 1.0000. The average recovery of Puerarin was 100.1% and RSD=0.92%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control standards of Gehuang Huoxue Capsules. |
