兴城矿泉浴治疗神经衰弱疗效观察及对脑电阻图的影响

为了探讨矿泉浴治疗神经衰弱的效果，我们采用兴城矿泉浴治疗本病３０例，并与内服天麻丸治疗３１例进行对比观察，疗程均为２０天，观察临床疗效和脑电阻图变化，观察组治愈率６６．７％，总有效率９６．７％，分别与对照组比较Ｐ＜０．０１和Ｐ＜０．０５，矿泉浴疗组疗效显著。治疗前两组脑电阻图改变无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。治疗后矿泉浴组恢复明显，前后对比Ｐ＜０．０１，组间对比Ｐ＜０．０５。差异显著。脑电阻图变化与临床疗效呈正相关。表明兴城矿泉浴是治疗神经衰弱的有效方法，脑电阻图可作为判断其临床疗效客观指标之一。

Effect of Xingcheng mineral spring bath on electroencephalogram

In order to study the effect of mineral spring on neurasthenia,30 casesof neurasthenia were treated by the Xingcheng mineral spring bath,andcompared with 31 cases who took Rhizoma Gastrodiae polls.The course oftrestment is 20 days,The changes of clinical curative effect andelectroencephalogram(EEC)were observed.The test group's cure rate is 66.7%,the total effective rate is 96.7%,compared with the control group the P <0. 01 and P<0.05 respectively.The curative effect is remarkable in the testgrotip.The changes of the two group's EEC are no remarkable difference beforetreatment(P>0.05). After treatment the recovery is remarkable in the testgroup,compared with pretreatment(P<0.01). Comparison between two grotips isthe P<0. 05.The EEC's change is positice correlation with clinical curativeeffect.It indicated that the Xingcheng mineral spring bath is a effectiveway to treat netirasthenia, and the EEC may be as one of objective index tojudge the clinical curative effect.
