甘氨双唑钠在恶性肿瘤放疗中的增敏作用

摘    要:
目的探讨甘氨双唑钠对恶性肿瘤放射治疗的增敏作用及其安全性。方法84例恶性肿瘤患者分为增敏放疗组(A组)和单纯放疗组(B组)。A组42例,用甘氨双唑钠800mg/m^2给药,于30min内完成静脉滴注,在60min内进行常规放疗,每周3次,连续用药至疗程结束;B组仅接受常规放疗。结果A组完全缓解26例(45.2%),B组42例完全缓解19例(23.8%),A组疗效明显优于B组(P〈0.05);两组毒副作用无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论甘氨双唑钠对恶性肿瘤放射治疗增敏效果明显,毒副作用较小,安全性好。

Clinical application of radiosensitizer-CMNa in treatment of malignant tumor by external radiotherapy

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the role of CMNa in enhancing radiosensitivity and safety of radiotherapy for treatment of malignant tumor. Methods Eighty four patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups, radiosensitization group( group A) and single radiotherapy group( group B), 42 patients in group A were administered with 800 mg/m^2 CMNa three times weekly by intravenous infusion in 30 minutes and combined with conventional radiotherapy within 60 minutes during whole treatment course. 42 patients in group B were only administered with conventional radiotherapy. Results Patients in group A got a complete relief rate of 45.2% (26 cases) while there was only 23.8 % in patients of group B ( 19 cases). There was significant difference in efficacy of both groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no difference among toxic effects in patients of both groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion CMNa is an effective radiosensitizer with low adverse - reactions and high safety for treatment of malignant tumor with radiotherapy.
