摘    要:
通过设置医疗事务处、更新门诊分诊的硬件设备、改变分诊护士的工作模式,改进了门诊分诊流程,改善了就诊秩序,方便了患者就诊,提升了门诊患者和医师对护理工作的满意度.

Abstract:
By setting up the medical affairs office and updating the hardware equipment,we improved the working mode of the triage nurses and optimized the triage procedure in the outpatient department,which resulted in a better order,a more convenient access to medical care and increased satisfaction of patients with outpatient services.
