摘    要:
目的通过在护理技术操作考核中设置日常安全问题模拟情景,以观察相关核心制度落实、操作能力、沟通与应变能力,进而解决护理过程质控中的盲区与不均衡问题,为提高护士综合素质和护理质量提供依据。方法根据山东省护理技术操作标准,结合临床工作实际,制订情景模拟考核方案,进行综合考评。结果发现了护理流程中的质量问题。结论情号模拟考核更贴近临床,能从多角度反映护士的综合素质,有利于发现护理流程质控中的盲区,便于重点控制,全面提高护理服务质量。

Abstract:
Objective Through the daily safety technical operations scenarios in nursing skill assessment to observe the implementing of core system, operation skill, communication and response capacity, to address the blind and non - equilibrium problem in quality control of nursing process, to provide evidence for improvement of nursing overall quality and quality of care. Method According to operating standards care technology of Shandong province, based on clinical practice, a scenario simulation assessment program was formulated to carry out comprehensive evaluation. Result The study showed quality problems in nursing process. Conclusion The simulation scenario assessment is closer to clinic, which can reflect the overall quality of nurses from various angles and help to find the blind area in process of quality control to comprehensively improve the quality of nursing service.
