摘    要:目的 探讨以问题为基础的教学法(PBL教学法)在<儿科护理学>教学中的作用及对学生的学业自我效能感的影响,为护理教学改革提供依据.方法 随机抽取2006级高职护理专业2个班(108人)并随机分为PBL教学组(53人)和传统教学组(55人),教学前后分别对两组学生用学业自我效能感问卷评测其学业自我效能感.结果 高职护生学业自我效能感较低,学习能力自我效能显著高于发展能力自我效能(P<0.01);两组学生教学后学业自我效能感均有明显提高(P<0.01),但PBL教学组提高的幅度显著高于传统教学组(P<0.01);PBL教学组学生的学业成绩明显优于传统教学组学生(P<0.05),且学业成绩与学业自我效能感成显著正相关(P<0.01).结论 PBL教学法有利于提高学生的学业自我效能感和学业成绩,其教学效果优于传统教学法,在<儿科护理学>教学中运用PBL教学法具有可行性.
