| 摘 要： | 目的观察2种不同的联合用药方法对老年2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法选择老年2型糖尿病患者80例,随机分为2组,A组给予预混人胰岛素 马来酸罗格列酮、B组给预混人胰岛素 阿卡波糖 二甲双胍进行治疗,对治疗效果进行统计学分析。结果两组治疗后血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白均较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.01)。结论联合用药可改善老年2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of premixed human insulin combined with different medicine on control of plasma glucose in senile type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 patients with senile type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divide into two groups.Group A was treated with premixed human insulin plus avandia,Group B was treated with premixed human insulin plus acarbose and metformin.Statistics analyze the effect of treatments.Results Both plasma glucose and HbA1C of two groups descent obviously after therapy(P<0.01).Conclusion Associate premixed human insulin with medicine can control plasma glucose better in type 2 diabetes mellitus. |
