小儿颈部淋巴管瘤的外科治疗(附42例临床分析)

目的 总结小儿颈部淋巴瘤手术治疗经验。方法 回顾１９９２年１０月～１９９８年１０月手术治疗小儿颈部淋巴瘤４２例。结果 无手术死亡。随访２５例，随访时间０．５～５．５年，效果优良２１例（８４％），好转１例（４％），复发３例（１２％）。结论 颈淋巴管瘤有浸润性生长趋势，早期手术是最主要治疗手段，正确的选择麻醉及手术方式是防止手术并发症，保证手术成功的关键。

Surgical treatment of cervical lymphangioma for clildren

Objective To sum up the experience of surgical treatment of cervical lymphangioma in children. Methods The surgical treatment of 42 cases suffering from cervical lymphangioma from Oct, 1992 to Oct, 1998 were summarized and studied retrospectively. Results No operation death occurred. Follow-up visits to 25 cases for 0. 5 ~ 5. 5 years indicated that 21 (84% ) cases responded with satis factory results,3 cases suffered from recurrence and one enjoyed improvement in symptoms. Conclusion Cervical lymphangioma has a tendency of agressive growth. Operation in the early stage is of great importance in the treatment,and correct choice of anesthetization and operation style is the key factor for successful treatment.
