广饶县小清河北部地区地方性氟中毒流行病学调查

摘    要:
目的了解广饶县小清河北部地区地方性氟中毒的病区分布和危害程度,提出切实可行的防治对策。方法饮用水氟含量检测采用离子选择电极法,8~12岁儿童氟斑牙检查采用 Dean 氏法。结果调查117个村,其中有95个村饮用水氟含量超过1.0mg/L,占81.20%,水氟最大值为6.45 mg/L;检查8~12岁儿童4185人,氟斑牙患病率72.19%,氟斑牙指数1.84。结论广饶县小清河北部地区为氟中毒中等流行病区,由深层地下水氟含量过高所致。

Abstract:
Objective To know about disease distribution and extent ot injury of fluorine of poisoning in North of Xiao- qing River of Guangrao Courty and to put forward the practical and curing way.Methods Testing for including fluorine in drinking water uses the way of ion's choosing electrode,but to the children of 8 to12 years old,uses the way of Dean to examine the fluorine teeth.Results We investigate the 117 villages lying in the North of Xiaoqing River,and there are 95 villages where the content of fluorine in drinking water is more than 1.00mg/L,and is 81.2% in all the investigated villages,in there villages, the most content of fluorine in drinking water is 6.45ml/L.The fluorine teeth are 72.19% and index is 1.84 in the examined 4 185 children of 8 to 12 years old.Conclusions The area of North of Xiaoqing River is medium epidemic area of local fluorine poisoning,and this causes by the deep water underground including more than fluorine.
