健脾止痒颗粒对脾虚血燥型特应性皮炎患者Th1/Th2细胞因子谱的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨健脾止痒颗粒对特应性皮炎(AD)患者Th1/Th2细胞因子谱的影响。方法:将60例特应性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),分别服用健脾止痒颗粒和氯雷他定片,疗程1个月。另设正常组(20例健康志愿者)作对照观察。采用Flowcytomix流式检测技术对各组血清Th1/Th2相关细胞因子进行芯片式集成测定。结果:与正常组比较,治疗前两组AD患者粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)水平显著降低(P<0.05);Th1型细胞因子IL-1α、IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平显著降低(P<0.05);Th2型细胞因子IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-10水平显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组GM-CSF、IL-1α、IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组IFN-γ水平升高更显著(P<0.05);两组IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-10水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组IL-4水平降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论:健脾止痒颗粒可通过调节Th1/Th2细胞因子网络的平衡发挥对AD的免疫治疗作用。
