术前雾化吸入预防全麻术后下呼吸道感染的队列研究

目的　探讨全麻手术患者手术前预防性雾化吸入降低手术后下呼吸道感染发生率的可行性。方法　以队列研究的方法将本院 35 0例腹部择期手术患者随机分两组 ,实验组 1 75例除手术前常规准备外加雾化吸入 3d ;对照组 1 75例手术前仅作常规准备。前瞻性队列研究两组全麻手术后下呼吸道感染的发生率。结果　实验组下呼吸道感染发生率7 4 % ,对照组 1 7 1 % ,x2 =7 92 9,P <0 0 1。结论　在常规护理的基础上 ,手术前预防性雾化吸入能降低全麻术后下呼吸道感染的发生率

The cohort study about pre-operative atomizing inhalation to prevent pulmonary infection after general anesthesia

Objective To discuss the possibibity of decreasing patients' pulmonary infection after general anesthesia with preventive pre operative atomizing inhalation.Method 350 patients with periodical abdomen surgery were randomly divided into two groups with cohort study:the experiment group including 175 patients treated with three days' atomizing inhalation in addition to common pre operative preparation;the control group including 175 patients with only common pre operative preparation.Study the two group's incidences of pulmonary infection after general anesthesia with prospective study.Result The experiment group's incidence of pulmonary infection is 7 4%,the control' is 7 1%,x 2=7 929,p<0.01.Conclusion in addition to routine nursing,preventive pre operative atomizing inhalation can decrease the incidence of pulmonary infection after general anesthesia.
