| 摘 要： | 目的总结腹腔镜下阑尾切除术的经验。方法实施腹腔镜阑尾切除术31例，其中二孔法完成23例，三孔法8例，无一例中转开腹。结果手术过程顺利，患者术后2．5d出院，仅1例发生切口感染，无残端瘘及腹腔脓肿发生。结论只要操作合理，对大部分慢性阑尾炎和急性阑尾炎均可完成腹腔镜阑尾切除术，手术微创，值得推广。
