围绝经期综合征妇女皮肤交感反应的变化及其与性激素的关系

目的了解围绝经期综合征妇女皮肤交感反应（SSR）的变化及其与性激素的关系。方法将50名围绝经期的妇女分为2组。A组（n=25）围绝经期综合征患者，B组（n=25）健康体检妇女。分别测定血清雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH），并进行SSR检查。结果A组及B组血清E2，P水平下降，LH水平上升，2组间差异无统计学意义。A组及B组FSH水平均上升，其中B组上升明显，与A组比较差异有统计学意义。B组SSR显示潜伏期延长，波幅减低，与A组比较差异有统计学意义，A组SSR潜伏期及波幅基本正常。SSR潜伏期及波幅与E2及FSH无明显相关关系。结论在围绝经期综合征妇女中，SSR有异常改变，提示其自主神经功能异常，SSR或许可成为诊断绝经期综合征自主神经功能紊乱的方法之一。SSR与性激素水平无明显相关关系。

Study on the sympathetic skin response (SSR)in women with peri-menopausal syndrome and its relationship with sex hormone

Objective To investigate the sympathetic skin response（SSR） in women with peri - menopausal syndrome and its relationship with sex hormone. Method 50 peri - menopausal women were enrolled in this study, 25 of whom （ group A ） were healthy women and the remaining 25 （ group B ） were with peri - menopausal syndrome. SSR were recorded in each subject, amplitude and latency of SSR were measured and the level of serum estrodiol （E2 ） , progesterone （P） , folic stimulating hormone （FSH） and（LH） were determined. Results The level of E2 and P were decreased and the level of LH and FSH were increased. The level of FSH in group B was significantly higher than that in group A（P 〈0.05）. The latency of SSR in group B was increased and the amplitude of SSR in group B was decreased, the difference of SSR between 2 groups was significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no statistical relationship between SSR and sex hormone. Conclusion There is abnormality of SSR in women with peri - menopausal syndrome, which indicates the impaired antonomical function. There is no relationship between SSR and sex hormone.
