| 摘 要： | 本文分析１９例海洛因依赖者ＨＩＶ阳性，具有年龄轻，文化程度低，异地团伙静脉注射海洛因，共用污染的注射器及针头，躯体疾病多等特点。ＨＩＶ知识调查表明：对ＨＩＶ知识基本上一无所知。建议加强吸毒和ＨＩＶ卫生知识宣传；加强对重点人群、对象、地点的宣传和监测；对预防吸毒和ＨＩＶ的危害十分重要
