| 摘 要： | 目的：了解高血压患的遵医行为。方法：采用自编高血压患遵医行为调查问卷对164例患进行调查。结果：53．0％患能遵医坚持运动治疗,58．5％患能遵医坚持合理饮食,51．6％患能遵医戒除烟酒,82．3％患能遵医坚持定期复查,64．6％患能遵医坚持药物治疗。结论：高血压病患遵医行为较差,医护人员应高度重视高血压病患的健康教育工作,采取相应措施,提高高血压病患的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment compliance in hypertensive patients.Methods 164 hypertensive patients were surveyed by questionnaire.Results 53.0% of patients could take proper exercise,58.5% of patients could have reasonable diets,51.6% of patients could keep away from cigarettes and alcohol,82.3% of patients could go to clinic regularly,and 64.6% of patients could maintain medical treatment.Conclusion The treatment compliance of hypertensive patients was poor and needs to be improved rightly. |
