| 摘 要： | 目的：研究心理干预对乳腺癌患者手术后的心理特点的影响。方法：将80例手术治疗后伴有心理障碍的乳腺癌患者随机分为两组,对照组给予生物学治疗及常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上加用心理干预治疗,并用抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）分别于术后第1天和出院前1天填写,进行评估分析。结果：干预组SAS标准分、SDS指数在干预后评定显著低于干预前（P〈0.05）,干预组SAS标准分、SDS指数下降值显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：心理干预能有效改善乳腺患者癌术后的焦虑抑郁情绪,减轻心理症状。 |
