同型半胱氨酸、D-二聚体等因子与复发性脑梗死的相关研究

目的探讨同型半胱氨酸（HCY）、D-二聚体（DD）等因子与复发性脑梗死的关系。方法对53例初发脑梗死（FCI）患者、53例复发脑梗死（RCI）患者及51名健康体检者对照以化学发光法检测同型半胱氨酸、免疫比浊法法检测D-二聚体以及血脂等并进行比较,探讨脑梗死复发的危险因素。结果DD无论在RCI组还是FCI组均高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且RCI组高于FCI组,HCY在RCI和FCI组均高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且RCI高于FCI。回归分析显示,与脑梗死复发相关的因素有LDL和TG。其中LDL的OR值为2.51,TG的OR值为1.77。结论脑梗死的复发与LDL、TG等有关,而与DD、Hcy及其他因素无关。

A study on association between homocysteine, D-dimer and recurrent cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the association between the homocysteine （HCY）, d-dimer （DD） and with recurrent cerebral infarction. Methods Levels of plasma homocysteine and D-dirtier were determined in 53 patients with first cerebral infarction （FCI）, 53 patients with recurrent cerebral infarction （RCI） and 51 healthy controls by means of chemiluminescence and ELISA. Results The levels of DD in both RCI and FCI groups were significantly higher than control group （P 〈0.05）, although the levels of DD in RCI group was higher than that in FCI group. The levels of HCY in RCI and FCI groups were higher than control group （P 〈0.05）, while the levels of HCY in RCI group was higher than that in FCI group. Regression analysis demonstrated that LDL （OR=2.51）, and TG （OR： 1.77） were independent predictors for recurrent stroke. Conclusions The levels of LDL and TG were risk factors of recurrent cerebral infarction, DD and Hcy were not the risk factors of this disease.
