警惕低血糖

糖尿病引起的长期血糖升高导致了大血管和微血管病变,尽管强化治疗降低了糖尿病患者的慢性并发症,并提高了患者的生活质量,延长了患者的预期寿命,但低血糖的增加,特别是对于那些使用胰岛素治疗的患者,低血糖的发生阻碍了血糖的严格控制。低血糖不仅影响了患者的身体健康,也增加了患者的医疗开支。所以糖尿病的治疗不仅要改善血糖的控制,同时也要降低低血糖发生频率。本文探讨糖尿病患者低血糖发生的原因,病理生理学改变,临床表现和可能的解决方案。

Hypoglycaemia in Diabetic Patients

Increased blood sugar of diabetes in long term will result in great vessel and microvascular chages.Although intensive management of diabetes minimizes the long-term complications of diabetes and improves the quality as well as lengthen the propected life of people with diabetes,increased hypoglycaemia,particularly in patients taking insulin therapy,is inhibiting the strict management of blood sugar,which is not only affect the health of patients,but also increase the expenses of medical treatment.So,the treatment of diabetes lies not only in improving blood controlling,but also in decreasing the occurrence of hypoglycemia.This article reviews hypoglycemia about its causes,pathophyisiolgical changes,clinical manifestation and possible solution.
