青年脑梗死与血浆同型半胱氨酸和血小板活化功能的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨青年脑梗死患者与血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、血小板活化功能(PAC-1、CD62p)水平的关系;探讨HCY、PAC-1、CD62p在青年和老年急性脑梗死病理生理学上的意义;分析HCY与PAC-1、CD62p之间的相关性。方法对34例发生脑梗死3d内的青年患者、64例年龄大于45岁发生脑梗死3d内的老年患者、38例正常青年人采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)及流式细胞仪方法分别检测其HCY、PAC-1、CD62p值,对结果进行比较和相关性分析。结果青年脑梗死患者HCY、PAC-1、CD62p水平与正常青年人和老年脑梗死患者相比差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);青年脑梗死患者的HCY与血小板活化晚期功能(CD62p)呈显著正相关(Pearson相关系数r=0.749,显著性p值〈0.05)。结论监测HCY、PAC-1、CD62p的水平,有助于早期诊断和监测青年脑梗死;HCY、CD62p在青年脑梗死病理生理过程中的意义大于老年脑梗死;青年脑梗死的HCY水平与CD62p呈显著正相关。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between the level of homocysteine(HCY) and platelet activation (PAC-1 ,CD62p)and acute cerebral infarction in young, to explore the pathophysiologic significance of HCY, PAC-1, CD62p on acute cerebral infarction in young and aged, and to analyze the relativity of HCY to sex, PAC-1 and CD62p. Methods HCY,PAC-1 and CD62p from 34 cases with acute cerebral infarction in young, 64 cases with acute cerebral infarction in aged and 38 cases of normal young were detected by ELISA and flow cytometry. The results were compared and analyzed in relativity. Results HCY, PAC-1 and CD62p from acute cerebral infarction in young significant increase comparing with normal young ( P 〈 0. 05 ), also significant increase comparing with acute cerebral infarction in aged ( P 〈 0. 05 ), HCY and CD62p exist significant positive correlation on acute cerebral infarction ( Pearson Correlation Index = 0. 749, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion HCY, PAC-1 and CD62p from acute cerebral infarction in young significant increase, which may assist to early diagnosis and monitor acute cerebral infarction in young. HCY, CD62p bearing more pathophysiologic significance on acute cerebral infarction in young than in aged. HCY and CD62p exist significant positive correlation on acute cerebral infarction in young.
