淋巴瘤致乳糜胸2例报告及文献复习

目的 探讨乳糜胸的病因、诊断和治疗。方法 报告我院5例乳糜胸中2例淋巴瘤致乳糜胸病例，结合其I临床资料并复习相关文献，探讨乳糜胸的病因及诊治方法。结果 2例乳糜胸病例均经淋巴结活检病理证实为非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤，经CHOP方案化疗及相应保守治疗后，病情均得到缓解。结论 乳糜胸应注意及早明确病因，非创伤性乳糜胸还应注意淋巴瘤的可能。应综合考虑病人的营养状况、原发病因及胸导管的解剖特点，针对病因，规范、综合治疗。

To report 2 cases of chylothorax due to lymphoma and review the literature

Objective To investigate the etiology,diagnosis and management of chylothorax.Methods To report2 cases of chylothorax due to lymphoma, reviewing correlated referrences. To explore the etiology and management ofchylothorax. Results 2 cases wee diagnosed of non- Hodgkin lymphoma by lymph node biopsy, managed with drugtherapy of CHOP and other conservative management were relieved. Condusion It must be earlier to ensure the etiol-ogy of chylothorax, about non - traumatic chylothorax attention must be paid to lymphoma. Aiming at etiology, it can begiven effective, regular and systematic therapy.
