摘    要:目的:观察微波等离子体对基托材料表面结构改变,为复合基托材料研制提供直接依据.方法:采用正交试验方法对80个试件分为16组,气体流量13.7cm3/min 在输出功率:100W、150W、200W、250W 气体种类:氧气、空气、氩气、氧气和氩气混合 气体压强:0.4、0.6、0.8、1kPa 处理时间:1、2、5、8 min,在不同的工作参数条件下等离子体对各组试样处理,扫描电镜观察表面结构.结果:镜下观察可见未经等离子体处理的样品表面较为平滑,有纵形条纹,而经等离子体处理后样品表面条纹呈现沟状,出现较多的缝隙,同时形成微小的凹槽,呈现少许剥脱状,表面粗糙度增加.结论:等离子体在基托材料表面发生刻蚀作用,使其表面变得粗糙不平,可以改善高分子树脂材料与硅橡胶二者之间的粘接固位问题.

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of microwave plasma on surface structure of denture base resins and to provide a direct basis for development of composite base resins material. Methods : Using orthogonal test method, 80 specimens were divided into 16 groups. The working conditions of plasma were set to: gas flow at 13.7cm3/min, output power at 100W, 150W,200W and 250W, gas sources as oxygen, air, argon, oxygen-argon mixture, gas pressure at 0.4kPa,0.6kPa,0.8kPa and 1 kPa,and processing time at 1,2,5 and 8 minutes. Each group of specimens were treated and observed for surface structure with scanning electron microscope. Results:The sample without plasma treatment appeared more smooth, with longitudinal stripes under scanning electron microscope, whereas the sample surface after plasma treatment showed stripe-shaped trenches and a number of cracks, while the formation of small grooves, and had little stripping-like, surface roughness increased. Conclusion:The base material surface became rough and uneven through the effect of plasma etching, so that it may improves adhesive between the polymer resin and silicone rubber.
