急性心肌梗死患者左心室射血分数与糖化血红蛋白水平的相关性

摘    要:
目的观察急性心肌梗死患者左心室射血分数(LVEF)与糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平的市H关性。方法入选首次急性心肌梗死患者共161例,入院后24h内空腹静脉血测定HbAlc,根据HbAlc水平分为HbAlc正常组(6.5%)与HbAlc升高组(≥6.5%),所有患者分别于发病后72h内、发病后30d行超声心动图检查测量LVEF。结果 HbAlc升高组入院时及30d随访时的LVEF明显低于HbAlc正常组[入院时:(47.9%±7.7%)比(51.3%±7.8%),P=0.008;30d随访时:(51.1%±7.6%)比(55.1%±7.9%),P=0.002]。结论 HbAlc升高的急性心肌梗死患者LVEF在急性期和30d时较HbAlc正常者降低更为明显。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between HbA1c and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods We prospectively studied the relationship between HbA1c and LVEF in 161 patients with AMI. Patients were grouped by HbA1c (normal HbA1c: 〈 6. 5% ; elevated HbA1c: ≥ 6. 5% ). LVEF were measured at admission and 30 days after AMI. Results Patients with elevated HbA1c had a lower LVEF compared with patients with normal HbA1 c ( at admission : 47.9% ± 7.7% vs. 51.3% ± 7.8% , P = 0. 008 ; 30 days after AMI: 51.1% ±7.6% vs. 55.1% ±7.9%,P=0.002). Conclusions Elevated HbA1c is associated with lower LVEF in patients with AMI.
