某三甲综合医院近9年临床用血的回顾性分析

目的了解临床用血趋势，合理利用血液资源，并协助地方中心血站制定恰当的采供血计划，更好地为临床服务。方法对佛山市第一人民医院2003-2011年临床用血的资料进行统计分析。结果佛山市第一人民医院临床成分血使用率呈上升趋势，其中O型血用量最大，临床用血ABO血型分布规律为0〉A〉B〉AB，手术科用血量比非手术科用血量大。自体输血率未达标。结论制定科学的用血计划，严格合理控制血制品输用量，保证用血安全合理，提倡自体输血。

Retrospective Analysis of Clinical Blood Transfusion in the First People's Hospital of Foshan in the Last Nine Years

Objective To understand the trends of blood for clinical use,make good use of blood resources, help lo cal blood center to formulate appropriate blood collection and supply planning, so as to offer better services for clinic. Methods By collecting and analyzing the date of blood for clinical use of the First People＇s Hospital of Foshan from 2003 to 2011. Results The rate of component blood transfusion for clinical use showed an increasing tendency. Type blood O was used most. With monthly distribution, types of blood transfusion usage has a certain trend, and blood usage for surgery was more than non-surgery. Conclusion We should provide scientific basis for blood transfusion plan, control and keep safe use of blood and advocate autologous blood transfusion.
