通过整理国际科技评价体系的研究文献，梳理欧、美、日等发达地区或国家的科技评价制度和体 系建设，了解国际科技评价现况，总结提炼国际科技评价现况的发展特点和经验，对我国中医药科技评价体系 的建设提供经验和借鉴。研究显示，这些国家的科技评价制度非常完善，有相应的专门管理机构，有完整的法 律体系，可以更好地规范科技评估的实施。

By sorting out the research literature of the international science and technology evaluation system, we will sort out the scientific and technological evaluation system and system construction in developed regions or countries such as Europe, America and Japan to understand the current situation of international science and technology evaluation, and to summarize the development characteristics for experience and reference of refining the current status of international science and technology evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine science and technology evaluation system.
