阴道加德纳菌致产后血流感染药学监护体会

摘 要为探索抗感染临床药师在罕见病例阴道加德纳菌感染细菌性阴道病并血流感染患者治疗过程中的治疗方案调整及药学监护价值，提升抗感染临床药师参与临床实践技能，结合1例阴道加德纳菌致产后血流感染病例及诊疗指南，抗感染临床药师提出和修改治疗方案，同时密切关注用药期间所出现的不良反应。 通过协助医师对临床少见病例调整治疗方案及药学监护，优化抗感染治疗方案，解决临床问题。抗感染临床药师参与临床实践，对提高患者用药的安全性及有效性具有重要意义。

Experience of Pharmaceutical Care for Postpartum Blood Flow Infection by Vaginal Gardnerella

ABSTRACTIn order to explore the value of treatment adjustment and pharmaceutical care performed by anti infection clinical pharmacists in the treatment of rare cases of vaginal Gardner fungus infection and blood stream infection, enhance clinical practice skills of anti infection clinical pharmacists, anti infection clinical pharmacists provided and revised the treatment regimen for one case of postpartum blood flow infection by vaginal Gardnerella according to the relevant guidelines, and paid close attention to the adverse reactions during the medication. Through the assistance in the treatment regimen adjustment for doctors and the performance of pharmaceutical care to optimize the anti infection treatment, clinical pharmacists solved many clinical problems. The clinical practice of anti infection clinical pharmacists can improve the efficacy and safety of medication for patients with great significance.
