鼻咽癌放疗患者生活质量与应对方式的相关性研究

目的 调查鼻咽癌放疗患者生活质量和应对方式状况,并分析两者之间的相关性。方法 采用便利抽样方法选取2013年8月至2017年6月南京市第一医院120例住院鼻咽癌放疗患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、癌症患者生活质量量表和医学应对方式量表进行问卷调查。结果 鼻咽癌放疗患者的总体生活质量平均得分(59.44±17.98)分,患者医学应对方式量表平均得分为(50.59±4.64)分。家庭月收入、临床病理分期、肿瘤是否转移和屈服应对方式是影响放疗鼻咽癌患者总体生活质量的主要因素(P<0.05)；患者正面应对方式与总体健康状况、角色功能和社会功能呈正相关(P<0.05),回避应对方式与情感功能呈正相关(P<0.05),屈服应对方式与总体生活质量呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 鼻咽癌放疗患者的生活质量处于中等偏下水平,多数患者采用正面应对方式,患者的总体生活质量与正面、回避应对方式呈正相关,与屈服应对方式呈负相关。

Correlation research between coping styles and quality of life in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy

Objective To investigate the current coping styles and quality of life in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy,and to study the correlation between them.Methods One hundred and twenty patients undergoing nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy admitted to Nanjing First Hospital from August 2013 to June 2017 were selected as research objects.The general data questionnaire,the cancer patient quality of life scale and the medical coping style scale were used for questionnaire survey.Results The average scores of quality of life for patient and coping style scale were (59.44±17.98) and (50.59±4.64),respectively.Monthly income,tumor metastasis,coping style and pathological stage were the key factors influencing the patients'' life quality (P<0.05).The positive coping style of patients was positively correlated with overall quality of life,role function and social function (P<0.05);coping style of avoidance was positively correlated with emotional function of patients (P<0.05);coping style of yield was negatively correlated with overall quality of life (P<0.05).Conclusions The overall quality of life in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy is at the middle and low level.Most patients adopt a positive coping style.The overall quality of life in patients has a positive correlation with positive and avoidance coping style,and has a negative correlation with coping style of yield.
