| 摘 要： | 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的主要治疗手段是外科手术 ,常采用的术式有 :气管切开术、悬雍垂腭咽成形术、激光悬雍垂腭咽成形术、上下颌骨前移术和舌部分切除术等。可根据阻塞部位和病情轻重选择适当的手术方式。

| Abstract: | Surgery is the primary therapy forobstructive sleep apnea. The methods of surgical management include tracheotomy,uvulopalatopharyngoplasty, laser-assisted uvulopalatoplasty, maxillomandibularadvancement, partial resection of the tongue and so on. Choice of the methods depends onthe obstructive positions and degrees. |
