贝科能对复苏后大鼠甲状腺组织MDA含量及SOD和Na+-K+-ATPase活力的影响

摘    要:目的研究贝科能对心肺复苏后大鼠甲状腺的保护作用.方法建立心肺复苏大鼠模型,然后将24只大鼠随机分为对照组、常规复苏组、贝科能治疗组.大鼠复苏后24 h取甲状腺组织液氮冷藏.采用比色法测定复苏前后3组甲状腺组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase活力.结果与对照组相比,复苏后大鼠甲状腺组织中MDA含量明显增高(t=16.75,P〈0.01),SOD及Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase活力显著降低(t=6.25、8.85,P〈0.01);与常规复苏组相比,贝科能治疗组MDA含量明显降低(t=2.60,P〈0.05),Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase活力显著增高(t=2.60,P〈0.05).结论贝科能对复苏后大鼠甲状腺具有保护作用.

Abstract:Objective To observe the protective effects of Biocoen on thyroid in the rat after cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).MethodsThe rat models after CPR were established.The 24 rats were randomly divided into control group,commonly-treated group and Biocoen-intervention group.Thyroid tissues were taken 24 h after CPR and put in liquid nitrogen.MDA,SOD and Na~+-K~+-ATPase of thyroid tissues of the three groups were detected by colorimetric analysis before and after CPR.(ResultsCompared) to the control group,maleic dialdehyde(MDA) in the rat's thyroid after CPR increased greatly(t=16.75,P<0.01),while enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and Na~+-K~+-ATPase declined markedly(t=6.25,8.85;P<0.01).Compared to commonly-treated group,maleic dialdehyde(MDA)in Biocoen-intervention group declined greatly(t=2.60,P<(0.05)),while Na~+-K~+-ATPase increased markedly(t=2.60,P<0.05).ConclusionBiocoen shows protection of the thyroid tissue after CPR.
