尿微量蛋白和血液流变学检测在妊高征中的临床诊断价值探析

目的探讨尿微量蛋白和血液流变学检测在妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)中的临床诊断价值。方法本次医学观察选取我院2010年1月至2012年12月之间收治的74例妊高征孕妇为研究对象,根据产妇尿微量蛋白检测指标将其分为A、B、C三组,同时选择21例正常孕妇为D组,对比分析四组孕妇尿微量蛋白和血液流变学检测结果。结果四组观察对象尿微量蛋白和血液流变学检测结果对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论本次医学研究结果证实,有效预防、早期发现和及时治疗是降低妊高征发生率,避免其影响母婴健康的主要措施。

Detection of Trace Protein Urine and Blood Rheology in Rengaozheng Clinical Diagnostic Value of the Paper

Objective To investigate the detection of trace protein urine and blood rheology in RenGaoZheng the clinical diagnostic value. Methods The medical observations from January 2010 to December 2012 74 cases admitted between RenGaoZheng pregnant women as the research object, according to its maternal urine micro protein detection indicators divided into three groups A, B, C, 21 cases of normal pregnant women choose to group D at the same time, contrast analysis of the four groups of pregnant women urine micro protein and blood rheology test results. Results Four group observation object trace protein urine and blood rheology test results compared statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The medical research results confirmed that the effective prevention, early detection and timely treatment is to reduce RenGaoZheng incidence, main measures to avoid the influence of maternal and child health.
