评价经皮骶髂螺钉技术在不稳定骨盆骨折治疗中的安全性及疗效

目的探究对不稳定骨盆骨折患者应用经皮骶髂螺钉技术进行治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法选自本院2010年²012年收治的接受经皮骶髂螺钉技术进行治疗的Tile C型骨盆骨折患者共15例,对其临床资料以回顾性的方法进行分析,归纳该治疗技术对患者的临床效果及安全性。结果本次所有患者骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间为23个月;术后对患者进行平均12个月的随访,患者均无出现严重不良反应。结论对骨盆骨折患者应用经皮骶髂螺钉技术进行治疗能够使得骨盆后环稳定性得以重建,功能康复效果良好,出现手术并发症事件概率相对较低,值得临床推广。

Evaluation of Percutaneous Sacroiliac Screw Technology Safety and Efficacy in the Treatment of Unstable Pelvic Fractures

Objective To explore the unstable pelvic fractures were treated with percutaneous iliosacral screw technology, clinical effect and safety of treatment. Methods Selected from the hospital during the period 2010-2012 were treated with percutaneous sacroiliac screw technology for Tile type C pelvic fracture treated patients with a total of 15 cases, and the clinical data were retrospective analysis, the clinical efficacy and safety of patients and sums up the treatment technology. Results The all the fractures healed, the average healing time was 23 months; after the operation and were followed up for an average of 12 months for patients, the patients had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion The patients with pelvic fracture with percutaneous iliosacral screw technology treatment can make pelvic posterior ring stability to reconstruction, rehabilitation effect is good, the operation event probability is relatively low, is worth the clinical promotion.
