等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎

摘    要:目的探讨等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法对32例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者进行下鼻甲等离子射频消融术治疗,并观察其疗效。结果32例术前、术后3个月及6个月视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分分别为(8.48±0.69)分、(1.20±0.43)分和(1.31±0.36)分,术后3个月和6个月分别与术前比较,VAS评分值均明显减小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月与6个月比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3~6个月随访,显效27例(84.4%),好转5例(15.6%),有效率100%。结论等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的下鼻甲肥大具有较好的近期疗效,且安全、微创、术后并发症少。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods 32 patients were treated wirh radiofrequency ablation and the therapeutic effect were observed. Results The visual analogue score(VAS) at preoperation, three months and six months after operation were (8.48 ± 0.69) score, ( 1.2 ±0.43) score, ( 1.31 ± 0.36) score respectively in 32 patients. VAS at three months and six months after operation were significantly lower than those at preoperatiion(P 〈 0. 05 );There was no statistic diffenrence in VAS between three months and six months after operation;27 patients achieved effectiveness and five patients achieved improvement after three to six months follow-up, and the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis can obtain good immediate curative effect. It is convenient, safe, minimally invasive and few postoperative complications.
