康复护理对老年高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者的护理效果

目的：探讨康复护理措施对老年高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者的护理效果。方法：回顾性分析我院2012年11月至2013年8月接诊的80例老年高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者的临床资料，其中，康复护理组（40例）患者采用康复护理措施，常规护理组（40例）患者采用常规护理措施，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：疗程结束后，与常规护理组比较，康复护理组患者的收缩压[（141.67±8.34）mmHg比（134.66±8.89）mmHg]和舒张压[（89.90±8.96）mmHg比（82.80±6.19）mmHg]水平显著下降（P均＜0.01），且患者对医护服务态度（75.0％比95.0％）、医护工作水平（77.5％比100％）、健康宣教（72.5％比97.5％）及心理干预（70.0％比100％）等满意度均明显提高（P＜0.05-＜0.01）。结论：康复护理措施可显著降低老年高血压合并动脉粥样硬化患者的血压水平，促进患者病情改善，提高患者对医护的满意度，值得临床应用。

Nursing effect of rehabilitation nursing in aged hypertensive patients complicated with atherosclerosis

Objective：To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in aged hypertensive patients complicated with atherosclerosis .Methods ：Clinical data of 80 aged hypertensive patients complicated with atherosclerosis ,who visi-ted to our hospital from Nov 2012 to Aug 2013 ,were retrospectively analyzed .Patients were divided into rehabilita-tion nursing group （n=40 ,received rehabilitation nursing） and routine nursing group （n=40 ,received routine nurs-ing） .Nursing effect was compared between two groups .Results：Compared with routine nursing group after course of treatment ,there were significant reductions in levels of systolic blood pressure [ （141.67 ± 8.34 ） mmHg vs . （134.66 ± 8.89） mmHg] and diastolic blood pressure [ （89.90 ± 8.96） mmHg vs .（82.80 ± 6.19） mmHg , P〈0.01 both] ,and significant rise in patients＇satisfactions on service attitude of medical staff （75.0% vs .95.0% ） ,job level of medical staff （77.5% vs .100% ） ,health education （72.5% vs .97.5% ） and psychological intervention （70.0%vs .100% ） etc .in rehabilitation nursing group , P〈0.05- 〈0.01 .Conclusion：Rehabilitation nursing can signifi-cantly lower blood pressure ,improve patients＇condition and patients＇satisfaction on medical staff in aged hyperten-sive patients complicated with atherosclerosis ,which is worthy of clinical application .
