不稳定型心绞痛患者血清抵抗素的改变及临床意义

目的观察临床不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）病人血清抵抗素水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选取UAP病人28例，正常对照组30侧。所有研究对象均测定血压、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高敏C一反应蛋白（hs—CRP）和抵抗素。结果UAP组患者的血压、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（mE-C）、hs—CRP和抵抗素水平与正常对照组比较均有明显升高（P〈0．05）。且UAP患者的抵抗素与hs—CRP有良好的正相关性（r=0．331，P〈0．01）。结论抵抗素可能在UAP的发病中起着重要的作用。可以作为临床UAP识别和判断的重要指标。

The change of resistin in patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the serum concentrations of resistin in patients with unstable angina peetoris （UAP） and explore its clinical significance. Methods There 28 patients with UAP were selected as UAP group,and 30 healthy subjects were control group.. The indexes of blood pressure （BP）,triglycerides （TG）,total cholesterol （TC）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （IX）L-C） ,high sensetivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and resistin were measured in all subjects. Results The indexes of BP,TG,TC,LDL-C and the serum concentrations of hs-CRP and resistin in all patients with UAP were signifant higher than those in healthy subjects （P〈0.05）. The serum concentrations of resistin has a good positive correlation （r= 0.331 ,P〈0.01） to the serum concentrations of hs-CRP in UAP patients. Conclusion Resistin may play an important role in the UAP. Resistin could be used as an indicator for diagnosis of UAP.
