中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效分析

目的对冠心病心绞痛患者采用中西医结合治疗,探讨和分析其治疗的临床效果。方法对我院收治的80例冠心病心绞痛患者,按照随机数字表法进行分组,分为试验组和对照组,各为40例。对照组:采用常规西医治疗;试验组:在对照组常规治疗基础上采用中药治疗。结果试验组治疗有效率为90.0%明显高于对照组62.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上,对冠心病心绞痛患者在西医基础上加用中药治疗,有效地改善患者的症状,减轻患者的心绞痛等症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上进行推广和应用。

Efficacy Analysis of the Integrative Treatment of Angina Pectoris

Objective Patients with angina pectoris Integrative Medicine, explore and analyze the clinical effect of the treatment. Methods 80 cases in our hospital patients with angina pectoris, according to the random number table, grouped into experimental group and control group, 40 cases each. Control group：the use of conventional Western medicine;experimental groups：control group, conventional therapy based on the use of Chinese medicine treatment. Results Effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than 90.0%, 62.5%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical practice, patients with angina pectoris based on the use in Western medicine treatment, effectively improve the patient＆#39;s symptoms, reduce the patient＆#39;s angina symptoms and improve the patient＆#39;s quality of life, worthy of clinical conduct promotion and application.
