| 摘 要： | 作者进行了城市生活垃圾分类收集的社会调查。结果表明，大多数居民支持垃圾分类收订，居民也能理解个人承担部分垃圾处理费用的必要性，可以认为城市生活垃圾收费制度和分类收集在中国同样势在和行。 |

| Abstract: | The writer has made a social investigation on sorting collection of household waste. The results shows that most of residents approve method of the sorting collection of household waste,and they also think it is necessary that producer of the waste Should pay part of treatment cost. therefore,it is imperative to carry out charging system for household waste treatment and sorting collection of household waste in China. |
