原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤的CT表现(附2例报告及文献复习)

目的:探讨原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤(PTL)的CT表现及其临床诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析本院2例经病理学确诊为PTL的CT特征,并总结了近10年国内外发表的PTL的相关文献。结果:1例为外周T细胞性淋巴瘤,1例为B细胞源性非霍其金淋巴瘤。CT表现:甲状腺双叶受累,弥漫肿大,病灶呈不规则均匀低密度,边界不清,呈不均匀强化,病灶压迫、侵犯周围组织。结论:结合临床表现和CT特征有助于PTL的术前诊断,而且CT可确定病变侵犯的范围及程度,便于临床分期及治疗方案的确定。

CT findings of primary thyroid lymphoma with report of two cases

Objective：To investigate diagnostic and the clinical value of CT findings for primary thyroid lymphoma（PTL）.Methods：CT characteristics and pathological findings of 2 patients with primary thyroid lymphoma in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed,and corresponding papers about PTL in recent 10 years were reviewed.Results：One case was pathologically diagnosed peripheral T-cell lymphoma,the other was B-cell non Hodgkin lymphoma.In CT findings,both of the thyroid lobes had a diffuse goiter.The lesions had irregular uniformity,homogeneous hypodensity,discriminal rim and heterogeneous enhancement.The lesions compressed and infiltrated the adjacent structures.Metastatic lympadenopathy on the neck were not revealed in both cases.Conclusion：The CT findings of PTL combined with clinical manifestations could help to suggest preoperative diagnosis of PTL,and it could confirm the scope and extention of the infiltrated surrounding structures,determine clinical classification and clinical strategies.
