社区护理干预对高血压病患者降压效果及服药依从性的影响

目的探讨社区护理干预对高血压病患者降压效果及服药依从性的影响。方法将2013年8月-2014年1月重庆市第七人民医院西流沱社区管理的高血压病患者128例随机分成对照组和观察组,各64例,对照组给予常规护理和降压药物治疗,观察组在此基础上增加社区护理干预;6个月后,比较2组患者降压效果及服药依从性的情况。结果观察组血压控制优良率为85.93%,对照组为56.25%,二者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组规律服药率为64.06%,对照组为18.75%,二者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论社区护理干预可提高高血压控制率,增强患者的依从性。

Influence of Community Nursing Intervention on Antihypertensive Effects and Medication Compliance in Patients with Hypertension

Objective To investigate the influence of community nursing intervention on antihypertensive effects and medication compliance in patients with hypertension. Method 128 cases of patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control and observation groups, who were received in Xiliutuo community, the Seventh People＇s Hospital of Chongqing from August 2013 to January 2014. Each group had 64 cases. The control group was given routine care and antihypertensive medication and the observation group was given community nursing intervention as well as the treatment for the control group. After six months, the antihypertensive effect and medication compliance in both groups were compared. Results The excellent blood pressure control rates were 85.93% in the observation group and 56.25% in the control group; the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the regular medication rates were respectively 64.06 % and 18.75 % in the observation and control groups and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Community nursing intervention can improve hypertension control rate and enhance the medication compliance of patients.
