| 摘 要： | 目的观察胰岛素强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病患者的降糖效果、抗炎症和保护β细胞功能的作用。方法对46例初诊中青年2型糖尿病患者进行两周的胰岛素强化治疗,比较治疗前后血糖、超敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）和由HOMA模型计算的HOMA-β、HOMA-IR等。结果两周的强化治疗显示出确切的降糖效果,出现了明显增加的胰岛素、C肽分泌值,HOMA-β值较治疗前明显提高,HOMA-IR、胰岛素注射量和hsCRP水平均较治疗前明显下降。而且以上现象在年龄小于35岁患者中更显著。结论对初诊2型糖尿病患者采用胰岛素强化治疗方案具有显著改善炎症状态和恢复患者胰岛β细胞功能的作用,胰岛素强化治疗越早效果越好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of intensive insulin treatment with 46 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients.Methods To compare the levels of blood sugar、insulin、C-protein and hsCRP,serum samples were collected from the subjects treated with two weeks intensive insulin.Results Intensive insulin treatment can control hyperglycemia effectively.After treatment,the dosages of insulin、circulation levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP) and insulin resistance index estimated by homeostasis model assessment(HOMA-IR) were significantly lower than before(P <0.05),especially in young groups.Conclusion Intensive insulin treatment can improve the function of β-cell,regulate inflammation states of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients.The earlier to intervene,the better effects may gain. |
