辨证治疗2型糖尿病兼西北燥证疗效分析

[目的]验证西北燥症经验方药对2型糖尿病兼西北燥证患者的治疗,在采取西医降糖治疗的基础上,结合中医辩证论治的方法分析临床疗效.[方法]运用临床流行病学方法,设治疗组、对照组两组,治疗组施以西北燥证经验方药治疗,两组均予西医常规降糖药治疗.[结果]两组分级疗效比较,显效率,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01),治疗组显效率高于对照组；总有效率,差异亦有统计学意义(P＜0.01),治疗组总有效率高于对照组,提示西北燥证经验方药对兼病型西北燥证有明显治疗作用.治疗前,两组西北燥证证情积分之间差别具有统计学意义(P＜0.01),经积分差值协方差分析比较,两组存在显著差别(P＜0.01),治疗组调整后差值大于对照组,治疗组疗效好,能较好地改善新疆地区2型糖尿病兼西北燥证患者临床症状.[结论]因地制宜,使用西北燥证经验方药,行滋阴润燥、益气养阴、化痰除湿、活血通络等法,以除燥平消,充分发挥了中医药整体调治的功效,改善了2型糖尿病患者机体的内环境,临床获得满意效果
