Ezrin蛋白在口腔鳞癌中的表达及意义

目的:检测Ezrin蛋白在口腔鳞癌中的表达,探讨其在评估口腔鳞癌的肿瘤分化程度和侵袭转移中的意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Ezrin蛋白在39例口腔鳞癌和28例正常口腔粘膜组织中的表达。结果:Ezrin蛋白在正常口腔粘膜组织中的阳性表达率为14.29%,其在口腔鳞癌中的阳性表达率为76.92%,Ezrin蛋白在口腔鳞癌中表达水平显著高于正常口腔粘膜组织(P<0.01);Ezrin蛋白的表达随口腔鳞癌病理分级增高而增高(P<0.01);Ezrin蛋白在伴淋巴结转移的口腔鳞癌中的表达水平高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01)。结论:Ezrin蛋白与口腔鳞癌的病理分化和淋巴结转移密切相关,其表达水平可作为评估口腔鳞癌转移和预后的指标。

Ezrin protein expression and its significance in oral squamous cell carcinoma

Objective: To detect the expression of Ezrin protein in the oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and evaluate the significance of the expression in this tumor differentiation,invasion and metastasis.Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Ezrin in the mucosa tissues from 39 cases of OSCC and 28 health subjects,respectively.Results: Ezrin protein was positively expressed in 14.29% normal mucosa tissues and 76.92% OSCC specimens(P<0.01).The expression of Ezrin was up-regulated with increased pathological grade of OSCC(P<0.01),yet,the expression level of Ezrin was higher in OSCC with lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.01). Conclusion:Ezrin protein appears closely related to the pathological differentiation of OSCC and lymph node metastasis,which suggests that the expression level of Ezrin can be as an index for estimating the metastasis and prognosis of this tumor.
