752例强制隔离戒毒者心理健康与个性特征的关系

目的:探讨戒毒者心理健康状况以及心理健康与个性之间的关系。方法:采用自编一般调查表,调查戒毒者的一般状况;症状自评量表(SCL-90)测量被试的心理健康水平;艾森克人格量表(EPQ)测量被试的个性特征。结果:①戒毒者SCL-90的总分和各因子分均高于常模;②戒毒者的心理健康与情绪稳定性和精神质存在显著相关性,内外倾性仅与抑郁因子负相关。结论:戒毒者的心理健康与个性心理有选择性相关,在戒毒者心理康复中宜予以测查和分析。

Survey on the relationship between mental health and personality characteristics in 752 drug abusers under the mandatory quarantine treatment

Objective:To investigate the psychological statues and the relationship between mental health and personality traits in drug abusers under compulsory isolated detoxification.Methods: Self-programmed general questionnaire was performed to investigate the general conditions of substance users under detoxification treatment.Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90) was used to measure the levels of mental health status,and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) was used to assess the personality traits.Results:①The substance users during withdrawal scored over the national norm concerning the total score and scores on the component of SCL-90;②The mental health was significantly correlated with the emotional stability and psychoticism in the drug addicts,whereas either introversion or extraversion was exclusively associated with melancholic temperament.Conclusion: The mental health in drug abusers seems correlated with psychological selection in formation of personality traits,thus,mental health rehabilitation for this population group shall rely on the psychological assessment.
