护士工作应激源量表的编制及信效度检验

摘    要:目的编制适用于我国的标准化护士工作应激源量表,对该量表进行条目分析和信效度检验。方法采用理论与经验相结合的方法,以拉扎勒斯的应激理论模型作为编制量表的基本理论框架。首先,对352名护士应用开放式问卷进行条目收集,建立条目库,形成护士工作应激源量表草本;然后选取387名护士施测,形成包括6个分量表的护士工作应激源评定量表的预试本;最后,应用预试本对469名护士施测,对问卷的信效度进行了检验。结果确定了护士工作应激源量表由6个因素组成,即与护士工作期望有关的应激源,与家庭有关的应激源,与人际关系有关的应激源,与工作性质有关的应激源,与患者有关的应激源,与工作负荷有关的应激源。6个维度可累积解释总方差的56.28%,量表具有良好的信、效度。结论本量表为我国护士工作应激的评估提供了一套有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective To develop a standardized scale for measuring Chinese nurses' stressor.Methods The development of Nurse Stressor Scale(NSS)was based on the framework of CPT by Lazaras combining theories and experience.Firstly,a draft scale was developed based on the open-ended questionnaire with 352 nurses.Then 387 subjects were investigated and a preliminary scale consisting of six factors was developed.Finally the reliability and validity of the scale were examined.Results Six stress factors were identified,including nurses' expectation,family,interpersonal relationship,the nature of nursing work,the contact with patients,the work load,all of which could account for 56.28% of the accumulated variance.The scale has good reliability and validity.Conclusions The NSS is an effective instrument to assess nurses' working stressor in China.
