李翰卿学术思想探讨

李翰卿先生,生前居山西四大名医之首。先生治学严谨,师法仲景,善用经方,终成经方一代宗师;倡导践行中西医结合,开宫外孕非手术疗法之先河;临证重视辨析夹杂,善用活血祛瘀之法,兼通内妇儿外各科,用药力求精练,尤善以小荆疗大病;晚年致力于建构病证症方药医学体系。

Approach of LI Han-qing''s Academic Thought

Mr. LI Han-qing was highest-ranking in the four great physicians of Shanxi when he was alive. His scholarship was rigorous. He was used to following the example of Zhong-jing, good at prescribing classical prescriptions, and in the long run he became a great master of classical prescription. He advocated to carry out combination of TCM with western medicine, and took a lead in treating ectopic pregnancy with nonoperative therapy. In his clinic he thought highly of differentiation and analysis, knew how to handle the method of promoting blood flow to remove blood stasis, tried to be simple in medication, and especially was an expert in treating refractoriness with small formulae. He became a famous doctor in internal medicine, gynecology, pediatrics and surgery. He went in for constructing a system in disease-syndrome-sign-drugs in his old age.
