| 摘 要： | 目的:观察炎琥宁治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的临床效果。方法:将63例患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组30例,治疗组采用炎琥宁注射液,对照组采用病毒唑注射液治疗,进行临床对比观察。结果:炎琥宁治疗组的热程、咽峡炎、肝脾淋巴结肿大的时间明显少于对照组,而且治疗组的外周血白细胞总数、异型淋巴细胞及肝功能恢复至正常的时间也明显短于对照组,差异有显著意义。结论:炎琥宁治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症有明显疗效。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficiency of yanhuning for the treatment of infectious monocytosis of the children.METHODS: 63 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(33 cases) and control group(30 cases).Treatment group was given yanhuning injection and control group was given virazole injection.A contrast observation was carried out.RESULTS: Time of fever,anginosa and lymphadenectasis of the liver and the spleen in yanhuning treatment group was obviously less than that in control group,and total count of PWBC,atypical lymphocytes and time of liver function returning to normal in treatment group were also obviously less and shorter than that in control group.The difference had great significance.CONCLUSION: Yanhuning has significant efficiency on infectious monocytosis of the children. |
