| 摘 要： | 目的分析近两年来医院重症监护病房(ICU)非发酵菌感染的临床分布及耐药特点,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法应用VITEK-32型全自动微生物分析仪对临床分离株进行菌种鉴定,采用K-B纸片扩散法进行药敏试验,结果用WHONET5.3软件进行统计分析。结果2007年1月～2008年12月ICU共检出非发酵菌95株,分离率居前3位的依次为鲍曼不动杆菌(68.4%)、铜绿假单胞菌(16.8%)和嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(8.4%);非发酵菌的感染部位以下呼吸道最常见(78.9%);常见非发酵菌对多种抗菌药物表现为较高的耐药性。结论ICU非发酵菌感染呈多重耐药现象,应加强耐药性监测,根据体外药敏试验结果选用敏感的抗菌药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of non-fermentative bacteria isolated from intensive care units(ICUs)in recent 2 years,and to provide evidence for clinical rational use of drugs.
