摘    要:
目的通过比较血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平,探讨抑郁对不稳定型心绞痛(USP)患者炎性反应的影响。方法连续抽样收集2009年6月15日至2011年3月15日青岛市2家三甲医院住院确诊的USP患者209例,按是否合并抑郁分为USP合并抑郁组72例,单纯USP组137例。所有患者在入选当时和治疗7d后分别测定hs-CRP、TNF-α,对测定结果进行分析对比。结果治疗前后USP合并抑郁组的血清hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均较单纯USP组升高,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论 USP合并抑郁有较高的炎性反应水平。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the impact of depression on the inflammatory factors in patients with unstable angina pectoris(USP).Methods From June 15,2009 to March 15,2011,consecutive sample of 209 patients with confirmed USP admitted in two 3A hospital of Qingdao were recruited in this study.The patients were divided into USP combining with depression group(n=72) and pure USP group(n=137)according to with or without depression.The serum levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)at admission and seven days after treatment.All data was analyzed with SPSS 13.0 statistical software.Results The levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α in USP combining with depression group were higher than those in pure USP group in pre-and post-treatment(all P0.05).Conclusions The patients with USP combined depression have higher inflammatory reaction.
